"We have known and worked with Dr. Greenstone for almost 6 years. Our journey with him has been life-changing, especially in managing a family with ADHD and anxiety . He creates a safe and welcoming space where we always feel understood, and his ability to use humor thoughtfully makes even the toughest conversations feel a little lighter. He finds creative and compassionate ways around tough corners. We always leave each session feeling more positive and hopeful to keep persevering. We’re incredibly grateful for his guidance and support."

"I have a long treatment history in pursuit of mental wellness. I knew something was very wrong and set out on a search for answers. That search led me to an intake evaluation with Dr. Robert Greenstone. Thus, after a battery of testing, I was diagnosed as having ADHD and presented with other characteristics inherent to neurodiverse individuals. That's not the end of this story. Dr. Greenstone has walked a road with me that includes gender affirmation and support, healing from familial trauma, guidance and encouragement through post-concussion syndrome and making the hard call when I needed to go into substance use treatment. He didn't just stand by me, but actively supported my family as well. To be sure, I have put in a lot of hard work. The results are evidenced in a robust life with purpose and joy. This is largely due to the tenacious support and guidance of this compassionate and gifted clinician. I could not be more grateful."

"Before I started working with Dr Greenstone, I didn’t fully understand how much ADHD was shaping my life—from the constant overwhelm and unfinished projects to the quiet, relentless guilt I carried every day. I thought I just needed to “try harder,” but nothing ever seemed to stick. I was exhausted from chasing routines that never lasted and feeling like I was falling short in ways I couldn’t even explain. Working with Dr Greenstone changed that. For the first time, I felt genuinely seen—not just as someone with symptoms to manage, but as a whole person with strengths, struggles, and a brain that works differently, not incorrectly. He helped me untangle years of shame and self-blame with so much patience and compassion. If you’re struggling with ADHD and wondering if things can actually get better—they can. Dr Greenstone helped me believe that, and more importantly, helped me live it."

“I had been searching the country for experts in ADHD in women and girls. When I noticed Dr. Caldas' accomplishments in the field, I knew we had to see her, even if it meant we would face a long commute. I was not disappointed; she is the best of the best. She has helped my daughter and family tremendously and I am so thankful.”

“Dr. Greenstone has been a life saver. Nearly 3 years ago, I found the guidance I needed to navigate my ADHD with Dr. Greenstone. After years of working with other clinicians without results, he has helped me to objectively evaluate my own behavior, to navigate situations that previous stressed my familial relationships and to make more time for my family. My relationships and mindset are the best they’ve ever been, and for that I am eternally grateful to Dr. Greenstone. “
